Files for Several Embedded Active Content

The Macromedia website offers Javascript files that answer to your needs regarding the pages on your site and your applications created with Javascript. The developer's website has files that act as a solution for the occurrences of several embedded active content on the pages on the website. It is readily available as a free download from the developer's site.

These free downloadable files provide you with solutions for such occurrences of embedded active content, usually embedded in several ways. With this, you may use one external JS file to complete the whole of your embedded active Shockwave and Flash content which are found on the pages of the website. A better solution than creating a JS file for each embedded active content.

You should follow these easy steps so as to solve your embedded active content problems: first, on a shared location of your website, you must copy to it the external JS file, and name the file whatever you like, such as 1.js. Then, you should create an include statement using Javascript which refers to the JS files copied to one shared location on the site down to each html tag on the pages on the same site with an embedded active object tag. Replace the latter tags in the step prior to this one with either the appropriate Flash or Shockwave function calls.

I downloaded the files from the Macromedia website, and I even got more information on Javascript! Thanks for the tip.
